🖤 What’s your sizing like?
Every product includes its own size guide with measurements to help you find your perfect fit. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering, as all items are printed to order and we can’t exchange items if the wrong size is ordered.
📦 How long will my order take?
Every Iron Moth Clothing item is printed especially for you once you place your order.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be printed before it’s dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, estimated UK delivery times are:
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1–3 working days
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–5 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
🚚 Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. Iron Moth Clothing currently ships within the UK only, but we’d love to expand in the future.
📍 How will my order be packaged?
Your order is professionally printed, packed and shipped by our trusted fulfilment partner, Inkthreadable.
They’re committed to using eco-friendly packaging, with the vast majority of orders being shipped plastic-free wherever possible.
📍 Can I track my order?
Yes! If you’ve selected a tracked shipping service, you’ll receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
❓What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Although it’s uncommon, delays can happen.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please:
- Double-check your delivery address.
- Check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office in case it’s being held.
- Contact us at ironmothclothing@gmail.com if you’re still unable to locate it.
Please note that parcels can’t be considered lost until 10 working days after dispatch.
🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is printed to order especially for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Wanting a different design or colour
- Any reason that isn’t due to a manufacturing fault
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the wrong item, please email ironmothclothing@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
💰 What’s your refund policy?
Refunds are only available for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
📮 What happens if my parcel is returned?
If your parcel is returned because it couldn’t be delivered (for example, an incorrect address was entered or the parcel wasn’t collected), we’re happy to resend it. Please note you’ll need to pay the shipping cost again before your order can be dispatched.
✏️ Can I change my order after placing it?
We’ll always do our best! If your order hasn’t entered production yet, contact us as soon as possible at ironmothclothing@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make the perfect gift for the alternative soul in your life.

Every Iron Moth design begins as original artwork, hand-drawn by me. Every graphic is created from scratch, inspired by alternative fashion, music, horror, nostalgia and pop culture—made for misfits, metalheads, elder emos and everyone in between.
Once you place your order, your artwork is professionally printed on demand, carefully packed and shipped by our trusted fulfilment partner, Inkthreadable. Printing each item to order helps reduce waste and means every piece is made especially for you rather than sitting on a shelf waiting to be bought.

Instead of mass-producing clothing, every Iron Moth item is printed only when you order it. This helps reduce waste, avoids unnecessary stock, and allows us to focus on creating original designs while offering a wide range of sizes.
